The service at this hotel was exceptional and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was especially enjoyable, with top, of, the, range facilities such as a steam room, saltwater pool. the massage was one of the best we've ever experienced, and the spa lounge was perfect for relaxing before and after our treatments. the restaurant served a delicious in, room breakfast, and the bar/ lounge area was ideal for enjoying drinks in the evening.
this did not detract from overall enjoyment of our time here.

The place was contemporary, we liked it. We've spent here 4 nights and our family suite was fabulous. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television and a dining area. Best, consistently courteous hotel's staff.

This hotel is situated in a great location near many tourist sites, restaurants, and the city center. It is perfect for tourists who want to explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfactory. the hotel provides a diverse range of facilities, and some rooms have great views of the city.
Some guests reported that the hotel does not serve alcohol due to its location in a historical area.

The hotel had a variety of facilities and amenities to enjoy, including a swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym. The in-house restaurant offered delicious meals, and they even had a women-only area for added privacy. The hotel also had prayer rooms in the basement, which was convenient for our religious needs. We found the check-in experience to be excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, particularly Salim who provided a warm welcome.

Classic designed hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very hospitable and attentive to my needs, from the check-in to the restaurant service. Great location with many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and a great bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Taksim and Sultanahmet within 20 minutes. Another advantage was the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and late-night food shops.
